What If I Have A Question About The Products or need any help?

Please email us at shop@weddyshoes.com or use the query form in here and we’ll reply without delay. Alternatively, you can message us through the messaging platform on our website. 

What If I Need To Return Something?

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 7 working days.

To our overseas far away customers – we do acknowledge that you cannot physically get your returns back to us within 7 days and we do allow for this. Just, please send us an email to let us know your exchange / return is on the way to us!

On receipt we will happily refund 75% of the total payment done for the product if the product be returned in the condition supplied. We hope you understand the cut as these are handmade products only as per customer order and the cost of the expressing shipping we pay while sending.  We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.

When returning – the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely;

We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced.  Weddy Shoes are not responsible for return postage costs.

Is Your Website Secure?

For your total security while shopping online with us, all of our payments are processed through Paypal so you have complete peace of mind shopping.

We NEVER send any details of our customers to Third Parties.

My Delivery?

Our shoes are delivered worldwide every day by express shipping with the accepted carriers like UPS, FedEx or DHL. So you can rest assured that your shoes are in good hands getting to your door. If you need a tracking number – please contact us via the query form quoting your order number and we will share the tracking number with you.


What If Something Is Out Of Stock?

If an item that you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment then we will notify you directly so that we can inform you of expected delivery dates or discuss alternative shoe options. In the case of a shoe that is out of stock but you wish to order it let us know and we can follow up with our supplier.
